Cancellation Policy

Workshop Participation Policy – TnP This policy applies to all participants registering for TnP workshops, whether conducted online or in person. 1. Registration & Confirmation Participation in a workshop is confirmed once full payment has been received. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, due to the limited number of seats per session. 2. No Refund Policy All workshop registrations are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or absence. By confirming your participation, you acknowledge and accept that no reimbursement will be provided once payment is completed. 3. Rescheduling Your Attendance If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, you may request to reschedule to a future date, at no additional cost, under the following conditions: Notice must be given at least 48 hours before the start of the workshop. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be completed within 6 months of your original booking. Each registration may only be rescheduled once. 4. Program Adjustments TnP reserves the right to adjust the date, location, facilitators, or format (online/in-person) of the workshop, should unforeseen circumstances require it. In such cases, participants will be informed as early as possible, and an equivalent alternative will be offered. 5. Attendance & Conduct For both online and in-person formats, participants are expected to attend punctually, participate actively, and respect the confidentiality and integrity of the group. TnP reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation in cases of disruptive or inappropriate behavior, without reimbursement. 6.
