Through our HR consulting mission or when a client asks us for our help, a new training need is identified within a company


We define the training need with the client, sometimes we also help to identify who this training will target. 


We propose trainings that can last from 2 to 10 days and for groups from 8 to 15 participants, depending on the training subjects. 


We provide the training with our internal or external trainers in French, English or German. Most of our trainings include a preliminary personal assessment for every participants and 2 to 4 hours of individual follow-up sessions to make sure that the training will be of use.
