This page explains, in practical terms, how information submitted through the TnP public website may be used.
Who is responsible?
The public website is operated by Tell NP Advisers Sàrl / TnP — Transition & Performance, Rue Zurlinden 6, 1207 Geneva, Switzerland. You can contact us at contact@tell-np.com.
What we collect
Depending on how you use the site, TnP may receive contact details you submit, the content of messages sent through forms or the public assistant, and a small amount of technical information required to secure and operate the service. The assistant rate limiter stores a one-way visitor hash rather than a raw IP address.
Public AI assistant
Messages submitted to the public assistant may be processed by an AI service in order to generate a response. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, medical, financial or other information that is not necessary for your question. TnP uses the assistant for orientation about professional transition and TnP services, not for unrestricted general-purpose advice.
Service providers
TnP uses specialist providers to operate the website and related functions, including hosting, database/storage, transactional email and AI processing. Depending on the feature used, these may include Vercel, Supabase, Brevo and OpenAI. They process data only to provide the relevant technical service under their respective terms and safeguards.
Why we use the information
We use submitted information to answer requests, orient visitors towards relevant TnP services, operate and secure the website, improve service quality, and follow up when you explicitly ask TnP to contact you.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, operational follow-up, security, or applicable legal obligations. Technical anti-abuse data is intended to remain minimal.
Your choices and rights
You can contact TnP to ask about personal information concerning you, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy question. Depending on your location, additional rights may apply under Swiss or European data-protection law.
