2. Personal Data We May Process

Depending on the services you use, we may process:

  • your first name, last name and professional contact details;

  • your email address and telephone number;

  • information you provide through forms, contact requests or registrations;

  • information relating to your professional situation and career objectives when you receive support from TnP;

  • information required to manage appointments, workshops or programmes;

  • professional communications with TnP;

  • certain technical information relating to the use of our website or platforms;

  • information from third-party services that you voluntarily choose to connect to our tools.

We aim to limit the data collected to what is necessary for the services provided.

3. Why We Use Personal Data

We may use personal data to:

  • respond to enquiries;

  • provide our coaching, career transition, outplacement, training and HR advisory services;

  • manage TnP participants, clients, prospects and partners;

  • organise appointments, workshops and events;

  • manage administrative and commercial activities;

  • improve our services and digital tools;

  • personalise certain features;

  • ensure the security and proper functioning of our services;

  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Artificial Intelligence

Certain features of our tools may use artificial intelligence services, for example to analyse or summarise professional information, propose content, support career-related activities or improve administrative processes.

Where such services are used, we aim to transmit only the information necessary for the relevant functionality.

Automatically generated results may be subject to human review before any action with a significant impact is taken.

5. LinkedIn Integration

Certain TnP features may allow a user to voluntarily connect a LinkedIn account or allow TnP to manage publications on its own LinkedIn accounts or company pages.

When you authorise a LinkedIn connection, we may receive or process information required for the features you have authorised, including:

  • the LinkedIn account identifier;

  • certain professional information made available through the permissions granted;

  • permissions required to create or publish content;

  • content you choose to prepare or publish.

Such data is used solely to provide the relevant LinkedIn functionality.

TnP does not publish content on a user's personal LinkedIn account without the corresponding authorisation. Where our platform includes a validation process, content must be approved before publication.

You may revoke TnP's access through your LinkedIn account settings or ask us to delete information related to the connection by contacting contact@tell-np.com.

When a LinkedIn connection is removed or is no longer required, associated data and authorisations are deleted or rendered unusable to the extent required by applicable law and LinkedIn's applicable terms.

6. Google Workspace and Other Connected Services

Certain features may allow users to voluntarily connect services such as Google Calendar or Gmail.

When such services are connected, the data accessible to TnP depends on the permissions expressly granted by the user and is used solely for the relevant functionality, such as appointment management, professional follow-up or synchronisation of information useful to the service provided.

Users may revoke these permissions through the relevant third-party service.

7. Technical Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to operate our services, including for:

  • website and application hosting;

  • data storage;

  • email services;

  • calendar services;

  • artificial intelligence;

  • authentication;

  • payments;

  • technical analytics and security.

Depending on the features used, these providers may include Wix, Google, LinkedIn, OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel, Stripe or other technical providers.

These providers receive only the information required to provide the relevant service and are subject to their own contractual and legal data-protection obligations.

8. International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area.

Where required, we take appropriate steps to ensure that such transfers rely on recognised data-protection mechanisms or appropriate contractual safeguards.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, for the management of our professional relationship and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Certain information may be retained for longer where legal, accounting or contractual obligations require this.

Data relating to a connected third-party service may be deleted when the connection is revoked or when the data is no longer necessary.

10. Cookies and Technical Data

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for its operation.

Depending on the website configuration, certain cookies may also be used for audience measurement or to improve the user experience.

You may manage or delete cookies through your browser settings and, where a consent-management tool is available on the website, modify your preferences at any time.

11. Security

We implement reasonable organisational and technical measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

As no information system can guarantee absolute security, we regularly adapt our safeguards to the risks involved and the technologies used.

12. Your Rights

Depending on the applicable legislation, you may have the right to request:

  • confirmation as to whether we process personal data relating to you;

  • access to such data;

  • correction of inaccurate data;

  • deletion where continued retention is no longer necessary or legally required;

  • restriction of certain processing activities;
