Outplacement · Newplacement · Geneva & Switzerland
TnP grew out of recruitment. Our outplacement model was designed to give people what is often missing after a departure: a practical view of the market, available consultants, a network that can be activated and the freedom to explore several forms of professional future.

Why TnP built its own model
Before founding TnP in 2013, Guillaume Stollsteiner spent close to ten years in recruitment. One issue kept coming back: people in transition could receive good CV advice while still having little visibility into what actually happens on the other side of the table — how recruiters search, screen, interpret a career story and decide whom to call.
Our programmes therefore start with the person, but are constantly tested against the market. Reflection matters; understanding recruitment mechanics, activating a network and testing positioning matter just as much.
The world of work has changed
After redundancy, more executives consider consulting, freelancing, independent work or entrepreneurship rather than simply recreating the role they have just left. In our programmes, close to 20% of people in our programmes now raise this question, compared with roughly 9–12% eight years ago.
TnP integrated this shift early into its programmes. The objective is not to turn everyone into an entrepreneur, but to test the option with the same seriousness as a job search — and to return to a salaried path when the project is not sufficiently convincing.
Beyond the sessions
A personal space for next steps, workshops, consultant recommendations and useful programme information.
A career reflection and action tool developed by TnP, used between sessions when it adds value to the programme.
An important interview, a decision, a negotiation or a doubt: the consultant can be contacted between scheduled sessions.
Networking, LinkedIn, pitching, Swiss pension topics, stress, non-verbal communication, interviews or entrepreneurship depending on needs.
The stages provide a framework without forcing every participant into the same sequence.
Frequently asked questions
The label matters less than the intent: helping the person build a credible next activity. That may be a new role, but it can also be consulting, independent work or entrepreneurship.
No. Content, pace and consultant involvement are adjusted to the profile, seniority, target market and departure context.
Yes. Options can evolve during the programme. We prefer testing credible paths rather than deciding the destination in the first session.
